Home Anatomy 101 with 'the Docter'

(Top home inspector and instructor Joe Docter, that is...)

Extremely interactive presentation that includes helpful videos and illustrations of the key components of the home and common terminology regarding homes (i.e., soffit, fascia, service entry, baffles, etc).

From soffits to grading, the visuals will help any agent be able to understand the home more clearly, communicate with their clients and more easily breakdown and understand the inspection reports.
