Inspector
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs & access crawl spaces
- Ability to pass all employment screenings
- Required to authorize background and driving checks
Hours:
The position requires availability Monday through Friday and typically two Saturdays a month for a total of approximately 40 hours per week
Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Scheduling inspections with clients, real estate agents, third-party vendors
- Guiding clients through our service offerings and helping them choose the package that best suits their needs
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience through additional services
- Following up on open quotes, tentative bookings, and call-backs to assist clients in completing their inspection request
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with clients
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with internal departments
- Following company processes accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Great active listening skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking abilities
- Confidence discussing service options and navigating value-based conversations
- Ability to read client needs and provide thoughtful, well-matched recommendations
- Comfortability working in fast-paced environments
- Capability to learn software systems relatively easily
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word
