Inspector
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs & access crawl spaces
- Ability to pass all employment screenings
- Required to authorize background and driving checks
Hours:
The position requires availability Monday through Friday and typically two Saturdays a month for a total of approximately 40 hours per week
Field Sales & Marketing Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to real estate offices
- Identify and pursue new real estate agents and teams
- Manage marketing calendar
- Conduct real estate agent data research
- Social media management
- Coordinate continuing education classes for real estate offices
- Coordinate and attend marketing related events
- Track and monitor marketing activities and progress through a customer relationship management system
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Great active listening skills
- Self starter who is comfortable working in fast paced environments
- Capability to learn software systems relatively easily
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Proficient in excel, outlook and word
- Background in real estate or previous real estate knowledge is helpful
- Previous experience in marketing or sales role is a plus
