Market Ready Home Inspection

Why Consider a Market Ready Inspection?
A Market Ready Inspection is designed to assist sellers in getting their home ready before it hits the market. This process provides sellers with complete transparency regarding the home's condition, enabling their listing to distinguish itself from others!
The Market Ready Home Inspection can:
- Detect previously unknown issues, needed repairs, and/or potential upgrades the seller may wish to address before their home goes on the market.
- Assure potential buyers about the home's condition.
- Prevent condition issues from cropping up at the last minute during the sales process.
What's Included In A Premium Market Ready Inspection?
What Else Is Recommended Alongside The Market Ready Inspection?
SEWER LATERAL INSPECTION
A camera will scope the sewer line to detect any breaks, roots and/or obstructions. Report and video are included.
GAS INSPECTION WITH AC CHECK
A technician will check all the gas appliances and pressurize the property’s gas lines looking for leaks. The technician will also check the A.C.’s electrical components (motors, compressors, capacitors, etc.) and refrigerant charge. (Additional AC’s can be inspected at an additional per unit).
TERMITE INSPECTION
Visual evaluation for past and present signs of wood destroying insects.
RADON INSPECTION
A 48-hour test that measures the radon levels in a home. Radon is a clear, odorless gas that permeates up from the soil. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.
